Curcudex® 45

Nutritional supplement with highly absorbable curcumin thanks to its combination with gamma-cyclodextrin.

The complex is water-soluble and gives curcumin up to 45-fold bioavailability compared to normal curcumin.

Gamma-cyclodextrin is a ring-shaped product of starch and consists of 8 linked glucose molecules. Thus, it has the ability to encapsulate the curcumin molecule and make it water soluble and bioavailable. Furthermore, they have the ability to protect the enclosed molecule from oxidation, light and moisture as well as release the enclosed substance over a longer period of time.
