Delivery: we ship worldwide. The final shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the order page after entering the address.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with order tracking. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if you prefer this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
In addition to the prices quoted, delivery within Germany and Austria will be charged a flat rate of EUR 4.11 per order. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The shipping costs are shown in detail in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
From an order value of at least EUR 49.00 the shipping costs for deliveries within Germany and Austria are not applicable.
