Ordering process

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will put your selection in the cart. You can change this selection at any time until submitting your order by changing the number of products by clicking the "Remove" box, deleting the selection or canceling the order process. Click on the button "Proceed to checkout" to get to the next order step or click on the button "Continue shopping" to continue adding products to the shopping cart.

2. Cash register

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your e-mail address and your password, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the data protection regulations (see privacy policy). Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

3. Check billing address/select method of payment

Now check your billing address and enter your desired method of payment. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address/select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your preferred shipping method. By clicking the button "Next" you will get to the next order step.

5. Complete the order process/Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check if all information is correct and read carefully the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy (checkmark). By clicking on the "I confirm my order" button you send your order to Arcadia Vita GmbH. Hereby you make a legally binding offer.
